Why is Medina County a good place for your business?
Building our business in Medina County was the right move for numerous reasons, but much of our success has to do with the community itself and our desire to truly serve its health, wellness and fitness needs. When we opened our doors in 2014, the Medina community welcomed our concept of a family-oriented fitness center in a big way.

What is your favorite thing about being located in Medina County?
Locally owned and operated, fitwell has just one location outside of Castroville. We’re a people business, and being a strong part of the community is our favorite thing. There’s a richness in the relationships we have formed with our members that would be difficult to duplicate in a different location.

Why is Medina County a good place for your business?

Medina County is centrally located in Texas, which provides us a convenient way to ship to our customers. We have access to highways, rail shipping terminals and one of the best municipal airports I’ve ever seen. Receiving both product inputs as well as business associates is easy in our location. While we enjoy all these benefits, we also are able to easily get into San Antonio to transact any “big city” business needs, but we are not obligated to put up with any of the “big city” hassles that go along with it.

What is your favorite thing about being located in Medina County?

My favorite thing about being located in Medina County is the quality of life. We enjoy living and working in a small town where the word “neighbor” actually means something.

Do you believe that Medina County offers enough resources for your business to succeed?

Without a doubt. Generally, we have everything here locally that we need in our day-to-day business. If something isn’t available locally, we are a close drive to San Antonio.

Tell us a fun fact or something people might not know about Medina Agriculture.
